Green Building

Summit is designed to benefit both its tenants and the local community by its eco-friendly construction and design that creates beautiful and functional spaces to work, both inside and out.

Current phases undergoing LEED certification for sustainable green building practices include:

  • Summit Phase IV undergoing LEED ED (Existing Building) Silver Certification
  • Summit Phase V registered for LEED Certification

Additional green features throughout the campus include:

  • Maximum daylighting within interiors
  • Drought tolerant landscaping
  • Stormwater filtration system
  • Efficient parking structures
  • Direct digital controls to HVAC
  • Indoor air quality management plan
  • Green housekeeping and green site maintenance programs

Summit's Management & Development Team, Parker Properties and RREEF, are dedicated to the principles of sustainability and energy and resource conservation.

This commitment is reflected in Parker Properties' pursuit of LEED certification on all new developments and LEED ED certification on existing developments. Tenants can meet and consult with LLEED accredited professionals who are located on site.

Additionally, REEF Leasing and Property Management maintains partnership with ENERGY STARTM, which assists in benchmarking energy consumption/usage, expands the team's information base and helps in reducing energy consumption.
